BILLING:
The prices listed for products on Pramaa World.in reflect the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), which includes all applicable local taxes within India. However, additional taxes may apply depending on the destination where the order is being shipped. The tax rate applied to your order will be a combination of state and local taxes based on the shipping address. Pramaa World reserves the right to collect any additional taxes, duties, surcharges, or levies that may be incurred, beyond the standard taxes. Furthermore, we may charge delivery fees, which could include postal or shipping charges, depending on the destination country.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be instances where orders that have been successfully placed cannot be processed or dispatched. Pramaa World reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Possible reasons for order cancellation include, but are not limited to, limited product availability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, issues identified by our credit and fraud prevention department, or defects in the product's quality. Additionally, we may require further verification or information before processing an order. If any part of your order is canceled, or if additional details are needed to proceed, we will contact you directly. In the event your order is canceled after payment has been made via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account or original payment source within 30 working days. Any vouchers used in canceled orders will be reinstated and made available to the user.
PAYMENT:
When using any of the payment methods offered by Pramaa World, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that may arise from the transaction. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:
(a) Lack of authorization for any transaction; (b) Exceeding the preset transaction limits agreed upon between you and your bank; (c) Any payment issues arising from the transaction; (d) Decline of the transaction for any reason.
All payments made for purchases or services on Pramaa World.in will be based on the MRP displayed on the website and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party Online Payment Gateway Service provider, as applicable to your transaction and as approved by Pramaa World.
Before shipping your order, we may request additional documentation (such as government-issued ID and address proof) to verify the ownership of the payment method used. This is to ensure a secure and reliable online shopping experience for all our users.
Pramaa World may use third-party payment facilities for transactions on the website. Payments can be made through electronic methods approved at our discretion. The use of such third-party services will be governed by their respective user agreements, terms and conditions, and other policies that apply to your specific transaction.
DELIVERY:
Pramaa World makes every effort to deliver products within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase. However, we do not guarantee delivery within the specified period, and the contract cannot be canceled or repudiated if we fail to deliver one or more products on time. If you fail to accept the delivery of your goods, Pramaa World reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees at its discretion.
We ship all orders, both domestic and international, through registered courier companies.
- Domestic Orders: Delivered within 10-14 business days, depending on your location and pin code.
- International Orders: Delivered within 18-22 business days, depending on your location and pin code.
You will be able to see the expected delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
SHIPPING CHARGES & PROCESSING FEE:
Shipping and handling fees vary depending on the product, its size and weight, the packaging, and the shipping destination. The final shipping and handling charges will be displayed during checkout, after you provide your shipping address.
These charges are designed to cover the costs incurred by Pramaa World for processing your order, packaging the products, and delivering them to you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Return and Exchange Policy
At Pramaa World, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food or personal care items unless they have a manufacturing defect. We do not take ownership of returned items unless they are received as defective. Items purchased on our website are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or have a manufacturing defect. If you receive damaged or defective products, you must notify Pramaa World within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Any claims made after this period will not be eligible for return, unless covered under the product warranty, even if the product was delivered incorrectly.
Once the defect is confirmed by the Pramaa World team, you may exchange the product at one of our stores for the same item or one of greater value. Pramaa World reserves the right to decide whether an exchange or refund will be issued.

Return Policy
We inspect all shipments carefully before dispatching, but if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:
- Returns will only be accepted if there is a quality issue.
- Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the goods.
- If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at admin@pramaa.world or call +91 9035428111.
- Pramaa World will replace returned items at no additional cost or issue a credit note for the value of the goods.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the products.
Exchange Policy
All shipments are inspected before they leave our warehouse, but if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below:
- If you wish to request an exchange, please email us at admin@pramaa.world.
- Items to be exchanged must be sent to the address below within 10 days of receiving the goods.
- Pramaa World will replace incorrect items (wrong size, color, etc.) at no additional cost to you, and shipping for replacements will be free.
- If the exchange order is of higher value than the original, the customer will need to pay the difference.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers must cover the cost of shipping for returns.

Important Notes:
- Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged at our retail stores, and vice versa.
- Exchanges will be processed in the following cases:
- Genuine sizing issues (only for unused garments). Please review our size guides before purchasing.
- Genuine quality issues.
- Incorrect items sent by Pramaa World.
- No exchanges will be offered for minor design or color variations. Please note that with handloom products, some variation between items is normal.
- No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery addresses.
- Incorrect address formats, including PO Box addresses.
- After two failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by the recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: Exchanges and refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned shipment, unless the package has been lost in transit.
Non-Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package three times before it is returned to us. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct zip code, along with a valid mobile number. This will help us deliver your order more efficiently.
Modes of Payment:
For deliveries within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) and offer Net Banking options across major banks. For international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) and also provide the option to pay via Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway.
Dispute Resolution:
In case of any dispute, the matter will be governed by the terms and conditions of Karnataka State, and the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
